Challenge Day 5

5. Would you have piercings or tattoos?

I would probably say tattoos, because for me, there’s more of a variety of ways to express myself artistically, and more ways to personalize my “body art”. However, piercings are less of a risk. I have a complete irrational fear of permanence. While we have the knowledge now to remove a tattoo, I feel a tattoo is more of a commitment than marriage. Also, my one true love loathes tattoos. I’m not sure if that increases my yearn for one, or solidifies my no tattoo campaign, though. Am I a rebel, or do I want to keep peace?

Depends on the day and how much coffee I’ve had , probably.

Challenge Day 4

4. Would you rather have more time or money?

Oh my stars, I really don’t know. My instincts tell me to choose time, because I can use the extra time to make money. But! If I had more money, I could get more satisfaction out of what time I had left. I just don’t know! Okay, time. I pick time. Even if I’m poor as dirt, I can spend that time doing absolutely nothing with the people I love and that’s all I ever want. Also, with more time, I can sleep in more often. Which I also like.

Challenge Day 2

2. Would you rather get a dream vacation for two weeks or spend a week with anyone in the world?

I would spend a week with anyone in the world. It’s not a dream vacation if I’m alone. Whether the “anyone” is the love of my life, my three year old niece, or some world leader I admire. The enrichment from a week full of conversation is worth more than a thousand “dream” vacations.

Challenge Day 1

1.Would you rather live in a world where there are no problems or live in a world where you rule?

In all honesty I would have to answer with a world where I rule. Simply because I can’t grasp the concept of a world with no problems. It’s difficult for me to understand that idea. Without problems, the world wouldn’t progress. Creativity would be obsolete, wouldn’t it? Kind of like the philosophy of contrast. Without hate, you can’t understand love. Without conflict, you won’t understand the joy of peace. And while I don’t buy into that philosophy 100%, I think me ruling the world is just easier for my pea-brain to comprehend.

Challenge Accepted!

I think it’s time for a…

I was tinkering with the idea of a “blog challenge” and this one looked spiffy. Here are the details:

1.Would you rather live in a world where there are no problems or live in a world where you rule?

2. Would you rather get a dream vacation for two weeks or spend a week with anyone in the world?

3. Would you rather fly or read minds?

4. Would you rather have more time or money?

5. Would you have piercings or tattoos?

6. Would you rather have a rewind button in your life or a pause button in your life?

7. Would you rather only be able to whisper or only be able to shout everything?

8. Would you rather go without the internet or a car for a month?

9. Would you rather have to sit all day or stand all day?

10. Would you rather sing every word you speak or always speak in rhymes?

Fasten your seat belts, friends. Some heavy reflection is about to go down.
